What is your processing time?

All of our products are made to order just for you! Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Contact us through our website with your idea and we'll work with you to bring it to life.

What materials do you use?

Our drinkware (tumblers, mugs, and glass can tumblers) is sublimation-printed for vibrant, lasting color. Our cutting boards are 8x10 tempered glass with sublimation or laser engraved designs. Wood signs are laser engraved for a beautiful, lasting finish.

Will the design fade or wash off?

Sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the material, so designs won't peel, crack, or fade with normal use. We recommend hand washing drinkware to preserve the design longest.

How do I care for my glass cutting board?

Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher. To preserve the design, avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers on the printed surface.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We'd love to help make your gift special! Contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns on non-custom orders within 14 days of delivery. Because custom items are made specifically for you, those are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
