Processing Time All items at Grammy's Krafty Krafts are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grammyskraftykrafts@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right!

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
